of the Kuties and their first Captain from 1977-79. Carter
returned to WHS in 1981 as the Founding Director of the WHS Blue
Belles and has been the director for 29 years. Assistant Directors
of the Belles have included Debra Ezell, Abigail Smith, Hayley
Bassham and currently Laura Duck.
The Belles Team motto:
“We are great when we are together, No good when we are apart.
The special part of
Blue Belles
Comes from the HEART.”
